WHO DOESN'T LOVE SANDY BEACHES

I love sandy beaches.A sandy beaches is the best substrate for laying and enjoying the sun and to walk out in the water at a sandy   beaches is a nice feeling  for the feet as well as for the whole body.Even when we are out with friends at the sandy beaches,it gives us the feeling of what a real beach life is.For instance, people become involved themselves with certain  things like digging in the sand,building sand castles , playing around and many more while on the beach.

Physically and mentally, there are many health benefits gained by working on sandy beaches. It improves the efficiency of both the heart and lung. It can helps builds bone density and improve muscle tone. It can also help you combat anxiety and depression and most importantly, it will give you more energy and you will feel less fatigued throught the day.
